How do I create an account?

Download FaceBaby from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and sign up with email or your preferred sign-in method (Google or Apple where available). Follow the on-screen setup to complete your profile.

How do I add a baby?

After signing in, complete onboarding or go to Settings to add a baby profile with name, date of birth, and optional details. You can manage multiple babies depending on your plan.

How do I create memories?

Open the Memories tab, tap to add a new memory, enter a title and description, and optionally attach photos. Memories appear in your family timeline.

How do I upload photos?

When creating a memory or using photo features in the app, tap the camera or gallery icon and select images from your device. Photos are stored securely with your account.

How do I use AI Nanny?

Open AI Nanny from the bottom navigation. You can ask questions, log routines by voice or text, and receive helpful summaries. AI Nanny is available on Premium plans.

How do I record feedings?

Use Quick Register or AI Nanny to log breastfeeding, bottle feeds, or solids. Select the baby, choose feeding type, and save the entry to your timeline.

How do I record sleep sessions?

From Quick Register or AI Nanny, choose Sleep, start or enter the session times, and save. Sleep history appears in logs and reports.

How do I record diapers?

Tap Diaper in Quick Register or tell AI Nanny. Select wet, dirty, or both, then save to keep your daily log up to date.

How do I record vaccines?

Add vaccine records from the health section or through guided logging. Enter vaccine name, date, and notes for future reference.

How do I record growth information?

Enter weight and height in the growth section or via AI Nanny. FaceBaby displays growth curves and history over time.

How do subscriptions work?

FaceBaby offers a Free plan and Premium subscriptions (Monthly and Annual). Premium unlocks AI Nanny, advanced reports, and additional cloud benefits. Payment is handled by Apple or Google.

How do I restore purchases?

In the app, open Settings or the Premium screen and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store where you purchased:
Apple: Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions › FaceBaby
Google: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › FaceBaby

How do I delete my account?

You may delete your account in the app (Settings › Delete account) or by email. See Delete Your FaceBaby Account below.

How do I delete my personal data?

Email us to request deletion of personal information. See Delete My Data below.

Users may request account deletion at any time.

To request account deletion, send an email to:
